What: CBI Staff member Isaac Pato presents "Extreme Weather Forecasting for Sailors". When Isaac is not busy teaching sailing at CBI he chases tornados (really!). Aside from this one quirky characteristic, Isaac has always seemed perfectly mainstream to me A meteorology student at the University of Oklahoma, Isaac will combine his love of sailing and weather in this presentation.
